Anxiety Self-Assessment Result Interpretation

Thank you for completing the self-assessment questionnaire. Your score reflects the symptoms and feelings you have experienced over the past two weeks. Below is a breakdown of how to interpret your score:

Scoring System:

  1. Each question is worth 10 points.

  2. A higher score indicates lower levels of anxiety symptoms.

  3. A lower score may suggest more pronounced anxiety symptoms.

Result Interpretation:

81–100 (Low Anxiety Symptoms):
Your score indicates that you are experiencing minimal anxiety symptoms. While occasional stress is a natural part of life, your current emotional state appears stable. However, it is still important to prioritize self-care and reach out for support when needed.

61–80 (Mild Anxiety Symptoms):
Your score suggests that you may be experiencing mild anxiety symptoms, such as occasional nervousness, restlessness, or trouble relaxing. These symptoms may not significantly interfere with daily life, but monitoring them and practicing relaxation techniques can be beneficial. If symptoms persist or worsen, consider seeking guidance from a professional.

41–60 (Moderate Anxiety Symptoms):
Your score indicates that you may be experiencing moderate anxiety symptoms, which could be affecting your daily life, decision-making, and overall well-being. It is recommended that you reach out to a mental health professional for further assessment and support. Therapy or counseling can help you manage these symptoms effectively.

21–40 (Severe Anxiety Symptoms):
A score in this range suggests that you may be struggling with severe anxiety symptoms. You might be feeling overwhelmed, excessively worried, or unable to relax. These symptoms could be interfering with your daily activities, relationships, and quality of life. Seeking professional support is strongly encouraged to help manage and reduce these symptoms.

0–20 (Very Severe Anxiety Symptoms):
Your score suggests that you may be experiencing very severe anxiety symptoms that are significantly impacting your life. It is crucial to seek immediate professional help. Anxiety can be managed and treated effectively with the right support. If you are feeling overwhelmed or struggling to cope, please contact a mental health professional, crisis helpline, or visit a healthcare provider as soon as possible.

Important Reminder:

This self-assessment is for personal reflection and not a substitute for a professional diagnosis. If you have concerns about your score or symptoms, we strongly recommend consulting a mental health professional for a thorough evaluation and personalized treatment plan.

You don’t have to face this alone—support is available, and seeking help is a sign of strength.
